Our tree is decorated! This being our first Christmas together, I have tried to take in everything so far. I'm planning to make our stockings this week. I've been busy making ornaments for a few weeks now. I've had more fun buying and wrapping gifts this year than I think I ever have. The thought of having even more Christmases this year than I've ever had is both scary and exciting to me.
I really wish there was some way I could be crafty for a living. I'd love for my job to be making things with my hands. There are plenty of people who do that and make decent money. I know how happy I feel when I am sitting on my couch sewing something or making something. If my mom and I joined forces, I truly believe we could do great. However, there are so many fears that hold me back. What would happen if I just took that leap of faith and followed my dream?
Following my friend, Lisa's, lead, I have begun my attempt at couponing. We saved about $10 last night at Kroger. I know we can do better, but that was my first honest attempt at using coupons. My plan is to leave a store with more money than I came in with.
